Terms and Conditions for £50 draw

1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to all individuals who subscribe to the newsletter on Red Cannon Games during the competition period. By subscribing, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Competition Period
   The competition begins on 19/10/2024 and ends when our Kickstarter campaign goes live. Subscriptions made after this date will not be eligible for the draw.

3. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must subscribe to the newsletter using a valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. Prize
   One winner will receive a £50 cash prize, awarded via bank transfer. Exchange rate for different countries depending on the relevant banks. No alternative prizes or substitutions will be offered.

5. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries when the Kickstarter campaign goes live. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

6. Notification
   The winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription within 7 days of the Kickstarter launch. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity
   By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their first name and country of residence published on Red Cannon Games and our social media platforms.

8. Data Protection
   All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for administering this competition and marketing purposes (newsletter subscription).

9. General Conditions
   We reserve the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated in these terms and conditions.
   This competition is governed by the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
